Question:
In the taskbar at the bottom of the screen that
shows tabs for the various windows that are open, I can no longer right click on
the tabs to give me the "close" option. I have to enlarge the window to close
it. How can I regain this setting?
Answer:
If your right click menu is gone, it is probably due to the "Enable Dragging
and Dropping" setting has been disabled. Try this:
- Right-click Taskbar
- Select Properties
- Click Start Menu tab
- Click the Customize button
- Place a checkmark next to
"Enable Dragging and Dropping"
- Click OK, then Apply
- Right-click Taskbar
- Select Properties
- Click Start Menu tab
- Click the Customize button
- Click the "Advanced" tab
- Place a checkmark next to
"Enable Dragging and Dropping"
- Click OK, then Apply
