Problem:
A blank window sits on my
desktop and has no function. I can move it around but I can't delete it. When
I reboot my system, it reappears.
Possible Solutions:
[1] Try running your up to
date virus scanner and spyware scanners.
Recommended Scanners:
[2] Try deleting this from
SafeMode.
