Single Click to Open
Shortcuts |
|
Problem:
To choose a shortcut item, I have to double-click on it. There is a way to
modify things so I just have to single click to conjure up the shortcut.
Solution:
- Start>> Run>> Type: control folders
[Enter]
- In the resulting Folder
Options window and under the General Tab Select "Single-click to open an
item (point to select)".
- Then select either Underline icon titles consistent
with my browser or Underline icon titles only when I point at them.
- Click Apply then Click OK.
