5 Star Support welcomes all new members/guests to the forums. In order to post in any of the forums you must first register. Registration is free and it is a simple task. Just click on the ‘register’ button situated on the top of the screen and follow the on screen instructions.

Once your account is activated you can post a question. Select the appropriate forum for your question and click ‘New Topic’ (top right of the screen). In the subject line place a heading that best describes your question/problem and then left click within the text area situated below and enter your question. To help you describe your question we have created a template that can be found at the top of each forum namely here:

On completion click the ‘Post new topic’ button and that’s it. When a reply to your question is submitted you will be notified by email. Please ensure that ‘Enable Email Notification by default' is checked in your profile. To enter your profile click on the ‘My Controls’ button that is situated on the centre of the bar to the right of where you clicked the ‘register’ button. Under the 'Options' heading (situated on the left of your screen) click 'Email Settings'. Place a check mark in the box alongside 'Enable Email Notification by default', click on the drop down menu to the right and change the default type to 'Immediate Email Notification'. Finally click on 'Amend my Email Settings'.

If you have any further questions on how to use these forums then please post within this forum but, prior to doing so please read the ‘Help section’ where your question may have already been answered. To enter this area click the ‘help’ button situated on the same bar as ‘register’ or click the link below:
