Solution:
Go to
Start>> Run, type in: cmd [Enter]
In the resulting command prompt window, copy the following:
c:\windows\repair\autoexec.nt c:\windows\system32
c:\windows\repair\config.nt c:\windows\system32
You
will need to press Enter after each line. Try to run your program. The issue should be
