File Deletion In A Remote Environment

I accidentally deleted a file while being connected remotely to one of my network machines. It does not show in the recycle bin and can't be found on other machines as well. Is there a way to recover this file or is it gone forever?

Unfortunately, deleting files in a remote environment will not give you the "Recycle Bin" safeguard. It is generally a permanent deletion. However, you can try using the search engine of your choice and searching the term:

Data Recovery Software

If the space on your hard drive that the file used has not yet been over-written, it is possible that your file can be recovered pretty easily. But if Windows has already allocated that space, it could take a professional in computer forensics to recover this file for you. This can be a very expensive alternative!
