The
Troubleshooting Process:
-
List all
pertinent information about your machine.
-
Describe in
great detail what is wrong.
-
Tell us when
you first noticed the problem and what you were doing that may have caused
it.
-
Get help right
a way. The longer you wait, the more difficult it may be to help you fix
your problem.
-
Tell us what
you've done (if anything) to troubleshoot the problem.
Many times, if you
can remember what changes you made prior to the problem, changing it back will
most likely fix it.
| Please be sure to visit the
"Solution Center" after your problem is solved so that we may
share the solution with the rest of our techs and guests. In sharing
that information, you may be helping many! |
