Here is how you can enable an event alert from your Palm Desktop:
- Double-click the Palm Desktop icon.
- Select Options>> Alarms from the Tools menu.
- Set the Alarm Configuration options to either "Always Available" or
"Available only when the Palm Desktop is running."
As an option, you can hear an alert sound or even receive an alert message by
selecting the checkbox labeled; "Play audible notification with alarm dialog",
then click OK.
