I am trying to configure my Outlook Express to send my Yahoo mail. I have followed all of the instructions in the Yahoo help file but am not having any luck getting it to work.

Answer:

Yahoo's SMTP and POP3 servers are a paid service. Once you pay, then you will have permission to use these features.
