I have an old (3 years old) Dell Inspiron Laptop that I recently fired up and got the Blue Screen of Death with this error:
irql_not_less_or_equal 0X0000000A 0X0000000A (0X00000000,0X00000002,0X00000001,0X804S9CD4) I called Dell support who ran me through some diagnostics and then said they couldn't help since it was not a hardware problem and my support contract only covers hardware. It's running Windows XP which was pre-installed but didn't come with a system disk so I can't do an install 'repair' without buying another copy of XP. Is there any other option? |
