Hello,
My name is LorettaB, I live in North Central Alberta where even this early in the year my fireplace is stoked & roaring, parka and boots are unpacked and snow covers my once green lawn. I've owned a PC and lap for some years now but when it's come to trouble on it, I've always had the ability to beg my daughter to fix it's issues, which she usually was able to do. Now my daughter has left to college and I'm having issues that she cant help me with over the phone,  so I am here to learn how to do some fixing myself before I shell out $$ I dont have to. I know the basics but not too much of the techie stuff. so be easy on me and know I am trying and learning as I go.Any time you see my name, know there is a great full soul on the other end of the post that will be truly appreciative of your time and help! It's wayyy to early this year, we usually get away from it until Nov, but it's only melted 2x, and briefly at that...since Oct 3rd! It's gonna be a LONG winter. Enjoy your holiday season!
