Software For Windows 7

Is there any free software for windows 7 having to do with photo shop or something like that? It just costs so much when you look in the stores!

you can also try the free version (Version 6) of Photofiltre. They say it should run on Windows 7. Download it from here-
http://photofiltre.free.fr/frames_en.htm

When that page opens, click on "Downloads" on the left, then when that opens click the "English" unless of course you would like it in another language.

Unfortunately I am still running XP so cannot try it to find out if it actually will run in Windows 7, but I will be finding out for myself when I buy a new computer after Christmas, as I like this program and what you can do with it.
